A Petition to wind up the above-named Company having its registered office at 28 Hart Street, Henley on Thames RG9 2AU, presented on 15 June 2009, by SINV SPA, Via Brenta 16/18 36010 Carre (VI), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Bristol County Court, Lewins Place, Lewins Mead, Bristol BS1 2NR, on 30 July 2009, at 0930 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4.00 pm on 29 July 2009.
