Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ, on 21 July 2009, at 3.30 pm for the purposes provided for in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the joint liquidators are to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged no later than 12 noon on 20 July 2009 at the registered office of the company. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ, on the two business days preceding the meeting.
