We hereby give notice that on 30 June 2009, George Edward Bonham, shall retire from the Independent Financial Advisers Practice, Key Financial Partnership, being carried on by George Edward Bonham at his premises situate at 10 Richmond Close, Eynesbury, St. Neots, Cambridgeshire PE19 2SX.
We, Jody P. Greenall, Andrew P. Latter, Matthew Preston, Andrew J. Roughton, Guy K. Storey & Nicholas H. A. Torrens, being the remaining 6 Partners, will continue to trade under the name of Key Financial Partnership and from our individual premises.
This Notice is given and signed by the remaining 6 Partners detailed above, together with the retiring Partner George E Bonham.
