Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by SITA UK for consent to discharge up to 193 cubic metres per day of site drainage of surface water run off to groundwater via a soakaway at National Grid Ref SX 08478 67462 from Bodmin MRF, Bodmin Business Park, Launceston Road, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 2RJ.

Proposed discharge:

This application is to provide a new site surface water drainage system incorporating a class 1 interceptor, Inbitex filter and soakwaway for discharge to groundwater.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Grant Wilson, Team Leader, Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield S9 9BS, not later than Wednesday 26 August 2009 quoting Ref NPSWQD007423.
