NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that two applications have been made to the Environment Agency by Branston Ltd for consent to discharge, being for up to 9 cubic metres per day of sewage effluent to a tenuation lagoon leading to ground at National Grid Reference TF 02289 65872 and for up to 5 cubic metres per day of sewage effluent to ground at TF 02049 65881 from Branston Ltd, Mere Road, Branston, Lincoln, LN4 1NJ.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 10/7/09 to 21/8/09 quoting reference NPSWQD007742 and NPSWQD007743.
Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at The Environment Agency, Public Register, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, PE2 5ZR between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
