A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Granary, Unit E, Hermitage Court, Hermitage Lane, Maidstone, Kent ME16 9NT, presented on 27 May 2009 by PLANNING PERSPECTIVES LLP, whose registered office address is situate at Heathrow Business Centre, 66 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9EY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Bristol District Registry, The Guildhall, Small Street, Bristol, on Thursday 16 July 2009, at 0930 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Wednesday 15 July 2009.
