Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5TZ, on Friday 31 July 2009, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on Thursday 30 July 2009 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meetings.
