At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Lancashire House 12 Church Lane Oldham OL1 3AN, on Friday 26 June 2009, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:
THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly. and THAT Kieran Dominic Scott, of Coupland Cavendish, Lancashire House 12 Church Lane, Oldham OL1 3AN, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.
