Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 18 March 2009, HCA International Finance LLP transferred to HCA Switzerland GmbH, all of the interest held by it in La Tour Finance LP (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP 006926 and that, with effect from 18 March 2009, HCA International Finance LLP ceased to be a limited partner and HCA Switzerland GmbH became the sole limited partner in the Partnership.
