Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 4 June 2009 at 11.30 am, followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors at 11.45 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been concluded and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and seeking the release of the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at the registered office of the Company, situated at the offices of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meetings.
