At a general meeting of the Company held on 22 April 2009 at 10.30 am at Moore Stephens, 6 Ridge House, Ridgehouse Drive, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5TL the following resolutions were passed, number 1 as a special resolution and number 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That M. H. Abdulali of Moore Stephens, 6 Ridge House, Ridgehouse Drive, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5TL be appointed liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company.

At a meeting of creditors held on the same day the creditors confirmed the appointment of M. H. Abdulali as liquidator.
