At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5AA on Thursday 16 April 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Engin Faik, of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
