At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at 32 Aldershot Road, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 3NN on 26 March 2009 at 2.00 pm the following special resolution numbered one and ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Robert James Thompson of Rendell Thompson, 32 Aldershot Road, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 3NN be appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up”.
