Notice is hereby given that (SP Manweb Limited), (Company Registration Number 02366937, 3 Prenton Way, Prenton, CH43 3ET) has applied to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change for consent to install and keep installed a new 132kV single circuit overhead distribution line between Legacy substation, Wrexham (OS Ref.SJ295484) and Oswestry substation, Shropshire (OS Ref. SJ303305). SP Manweb Ltd has also applied for a direction under Section 57(2) of the Town and Country Planning (England & Wales) Act 1990 that planning permission for the development be deemed to be granted.

A copy of the application, with a plan showing the land to which it relates, together with a copy of the Environmental Statement discussing the Company’s proposals in more detail and presenting an analysis of the environmental implications, are available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at:
