ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 35C AND 46A

VARIATION OF ON-STREET RESIDENT AND BUSINESS AND WHITE CITY OFF-STREET CAR PARK AND DOCTORS BAY PERMIT CHARGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th May 2009 the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham under section 35C and 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 will vary the charges of the on-street resident permits, on-street business permits and White City off-street car park permits used on all shared use parking places, and doctors bay permits at designated doctors parking places within the borough in the following Controlled Parking Zones – A, AA, B/C/CC, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, and the White City Off-Street Car Park.

  • 1 The aforesaid changes to the charges of on-street resident permits and White City off-street car park permits are outlined in Schedule 1 below:-

  • 4 The notice will have effect of providing, at the rate specified in Schedule 4 below, the refund of the charges paid for an on-street resident permit and White City off-street car park permits, if the permit is returned before it becomes invalid:-
