Duke Street Capital IV UK No 3 Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Assurances Generales De France IART transferred to AFG IART Vintage, its entire interest held by it in Duke Street Capital IV UK No 3 Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England with registered No LP006464 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 14 April 2009, and so on that date AFG IART Vintage became a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Assurances Generales De France IART ceased to be Limited Partner in the Partnership.
