Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, 1st Floor, Equity House, 128-136 High Street, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT on 15 May 2009 at 11.00 am for the purpose of having an Account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A creditor entitled to attend at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a creditor.
