At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 10.00am on 09 April 2009 at 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3PS the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey and Tommaso Ahmad, both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
