A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Josebury Interior And Maintenance Services Limited, of No 3 Caroline Court, Caroline Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B3 1TR (Registered Office), presented on 26 February 2009 by PANTHER PLATFORM RENTALS LIMITED, of 15 Midland Court, Central Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4PN (Registered Office), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday 22 April 2009, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
