Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above company will be held at Crossfields, 85/87 High Street West, Glossop, Derbyshire SK13 8AZ on 18 May 2009 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meetings: that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be agreed, that the Liquidator be released from all duties and that the books and records be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 85/87 High Street West, Glossop, Derbyshire SK13 8AZ no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day.
