Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 27 March 2009 it made this order which will impose waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 9 April 2009 can be seen at Hayes, Eastcote, Ickenham, Oak Farm, South Ruislip, Ruislip, Yiewsley Libraries and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environment and Consumer Protection Group, telephone number 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
