Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors will be held at BN Jackson Norton, Westgate House, Womanby Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DD, on 24 April 2009, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of having a statement of the company’s affairs laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a liquidation committee.
