This notice is addressed to former and current employees of the companies listed above.

The Electra Kingsway Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is in the process of winding up.

If you were or are an employee of one of the above companies, and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been recently contacted, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o David Barker at Mercer Ltd, Clarence House, Clarence Street, Manchester M2 4DW. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write no later than 12 June 2009.

It is the Trustees intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustee is not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 12 June 2009 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received announcements regarding the buy-out of the Scheme liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.
