Conveyance: Conveyance dated 16 February 1973 and made between The Dafen Brick Company Limited(1) and D.W. Heard (Gowerton) Limited(2).

Property: The property situated at all those pieces of land forming part of Bryngwyn Farm Dafen Llanelli, together with the easement in perpetuity referred to in the above conveyance, excluding and reserving the part of the property delineated in red, on a plan held by the Treasury Solicitor under his above reference which is available for inspection at the office of the Treasury Solicitor, being part of the land comprised in the above mentioned Conveyance.

• 2 In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property, the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 13 May 2008.
