GOLDEN FALLS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Golden Falls Limited will be held at Neville & Co, 10 & 11 Lynher Building, Queen Anne’s Battery, Plymouth PL4 0LP, on 30 April 2009, at 10.30 am, and will be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 11.00 am, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, a proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at Neville & Co, 10 & 11 Lynher Building, Queen Anne’s Battery, Plymouth PL4 0LP, not later than 12.00 noon on 29 April 2009.
