At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 60/62 Old London Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey KT2 6QZ on 27 March 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-
1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.
2. “That Andrew John Whelan of Marks Bloom, 60/62 Old London Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT2 6QZ be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.
