Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Newfield House, High Street, Tunstall, Stoke On Trent, ST6 5PD, on 22 April 2009, at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, ie, to consider the Director’s Statement of Affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee.
