Notice is hereby given, that the above-named company was placed into members voluntary liquidation, on 19 March 2009, with Christopher Laughton and Steve Smith, of Mercer & Hole, 76 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3JB, being appointed as Joint Liquidators.
Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 30 April 2009, to send in their full names and addresses, and to send in full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned Christopher Laughton, of Mercer & Hole, 76 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3JB, Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
