“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Steven Draine, of Moore Stephens LLP, 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 0GX, be and is hereby appointed as liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
