THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire & The Humber) (No. 13) Order 2009” authorising the stopping up of a north eastern part width of Beldon Road, an irregular-shaped southern part width of Beldon Road, a southern part width of the cul-de-sac Beldon Place, a northern part width of the cul-de-sac Beldon Place, an eastern part width of Beldon Road, and lengths of unnamed footpaths at Norfolk Park in the City of Sheffield to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to PfP Developments Ltd by Sheffield City Council on 20 March 2008 under reference 07/04969/FUL.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, on application to the Secretary of State, addressed to the National Transport Casework Team, Government Office for the North East, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4WH (quoting reference NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/77) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at First Point, Town Hall, Pinstone Street, Sheffield S1 2HH.

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 27 March 2009 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
