At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA on 20 March 2009 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Engin Faik and Shirley Jackson, both of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators may act independently and in doing so those acts are joint and several on the Joint Liquidators.”
