Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section:Section 98of the Legislation:Insolvency Act 1986that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named company will be held at:Leigh Adams LLP,Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RUon8 April 2009, at11.00 amto have laid before it a statement as to the company’s affairs for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, namely to nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company’s affairs and if thought fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
