COM LIMITED, India House, The Mallards, South Cerney, Cirencester GL7 5TQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Bristol District Registry, The Guildhall, Small Street, Bristol, on 2 April 2009, at 0930 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
