Notice is hereby given that, Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Kenneth Robert Craig, Tenon Recovery, 160 Dundee Street, Edinburgh, were appointed Joint Administrators of the above noted Company on 11 February 2009. Pursuant to Legislation section: paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of Creditors of the Company will be held at 160 Dundee Street, Edinburgh EH11 1DQ, on 8 April 2009, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of considering my proposals and to consider establishing a Creditors Committee. To be entitled to vote at the Meeting, Creditors must have lodged their claims with me at or before the Meeting. Voting may be either in person by the Creditor or by form of proxy, which must be lodged with me at or before the Meeting.
