At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Hunter House, 109 Snakes Lane West, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 0DY on 18 March 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Zafar Iqbal be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
