Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF on 29 April 2009 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, or hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and considering the following resolutions:

1. “That the Liquidator be authorised to draw his remuneration on a time cost basis”.

2. “That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.”

3. “That the Liquidator’s report be approved.”

4. “That the Liquidator be granted his release as Liquidator”.

Members and Creditors wishing to vote at the respective meetings must lodge their proofs of debt (if they have not already done so) and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF, no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting.
