ALMALCO MOTORS LIMITED

Notice is herby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that final general meetings of the members and the creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Larking Gowen, 16a Falcon Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1SL at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively on 23 April 2009 for the purposes of :

1. Receiving the Joint Liquidators statement of account of the conduct of the winding up and the disposal of the Company’s property.

2. Authorising the Joint Liquidators to dispose of the books, papers and other records of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Regulations 1994; and

3. Seeking the creditors sanction for their release as Joint Liquidators.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at 16a Falcon Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1SL by no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day 22 April 2009. Proxy holders need not be members or creditors of the Company but must be 18 years old or over.
