At a Special Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held on 19 March 2009 at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company could not, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be, and is hereby, wound up voluntarily, and that Lynn Gibson and Robert David Hewitt, both of Gibson Hewitt, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they are able to act jointly and severally.”

At a meeting of creditors held on 19th March 2009 the creditors confirmed the appointement of Lynn Gibson and Robert David Hewitt as Joint Liquidators.
