Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 19 March 2009:

• 1 Private Equity Selection No.1 FCPR withdrew as a Limited Partner in NMAS1 Private Equity Fund No.2 Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP008355, and transferred 93 per cent of its interest in the Partnership to Access Capital IV GBO (Delaware) LP, a Limited Partnership registered in Delaware, and 7 per cent of its interest in the Partnership to ACF IV GBO (Delaware) LLC (“ACF IV”), a limited liability Company registered in Delaware, both of PO Box 431, 13-15 Victoria Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3ZD; and
• 2 Private Equity Selection Individuals No.1 FCPR withdrew as a Limited Partner in the Partnership and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to ACF IV.
