HIGHWAY STOPPING UP CENTRAL LIBRARY, ST EDWARDS WAY, ROMFORD

THE COUNCIL of THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an area of highway immediately to the west of the Central Library, St Edwards Way, Romford, Essex.

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the London Borough of Havering on 5th December 2008 under reference P1751.08.

COPIES of the draft order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during 28 days commencing on 20th March 2009 at the offices of the London Borough of Havering, 7th floor, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, RM1 3SL and may be obtained free of charge from the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal & Democratic Services at the address below.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on 20th March 2009 by notice to the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal & Democratic Services quoting reference VJH/106/9/26, at Town Hall, Romford, Essex RM1 3BD.

In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
