Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Basingstoke Country Hotel, Scures Hill, Nately Scures, Near Hook, Hampshire RG27 9JS on 25 March 2009 at 11.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Middleton Partners, The Hall, 4 New Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2PH not later than 12.00 noon on the day prior to the meetings.
