Apax Europe IV - E, LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 27 February 2009, Apax Partners Strategic Management Ltd transferred to Apax Europe IV GP, L.P. all of the interest held by it in Apax Europe IV – E, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP006100 and that, with effect from 27 February 2009, Apax Partners Strategic Management Ltd ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
