STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAY

PART OF THE FOOTWAY OF EVERSLEIGH ROAD LONDON SW11

The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth hereby gives notice that they have made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping Up of Highways (London Borough of Wandsworth) No2 Order 2009”, authorising the Stopping Up a section of Eversleigh Road, SW11 .

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to Engineering Services, Department of Technical Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU (quoting reference EDS_SU_2009_001) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, The Fifth Floor One Stop Counter Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.

Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 19 March 2009 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.

The highway to be stopped up is in the London Borough of Wandsworth shown hatched black on the deposited plan and is a section of the footway located at 225 Eversleigh Road SW11, giving a total area of approximately 5m².
