Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of The Edgeborough Building Company Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Hartwell House, 55-61 Victoria Street, Bristol BS1 6FT, on Thursday 30 April 2009, at 10.15 am, to receive the Liquidators report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Hartwell House, 55-61 Victoria Street, Bristol BS1 6FT, by no later than 12.00 noon on 28 April 2009.
