The following order has been made in relation to the above debtor under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006. (1) That the Korean Rehabilitation proceeding commenced in Seoul Central District Court be recognised as a foreign main proceeding in accordance with the UNICITRAL Model Law on cross-border insolvency as set out in Schedule 1 to the Cross Border Insolvency Regulations 2006.

(2) That the following relief be granted pursuant to Article 21 of the Cross Border Insolvency Regulations 2006. Except with the consent of the foreign representative or the permission of the court, (i) no step may be taken to enforce security over the debtor’s property; (ii) no step may be taken to repossess goods under a hire purchase agreement; (iii) no legal process may be instituted or continued against the debtor (iv) an administrative receiver may not be appointed; (v) no order may be made for the winding-up of the debtor.
