At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Rifsons House, 63-64 Charles Lane, St. John’s Wood, London NW8 7SB on 12 March 2009 the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed, viz:-

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same and, accordingly, that Arif Anwar FCCA FABRP, Rifsons, Rifsons House, 63-64 Charles Lane, St. John’s Wood, London NW8 7SB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
