At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, BL9 8AT on the 09 March 2009 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that J M Titley, of Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, BL9 8AT, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
