Duke Street vi no 1 limited partnership

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Calyon London Branch transferred to Credit Agricole Private Equity Secondary Fund of Fund SAS, its entire interest held by it in Duke Street VI UK No 1 Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England with Reg No LP011137 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 3 March 2009 and so on that date Credit Agricole Private Equity Secondary Fund of Fund SAS became a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Calyon London Branch ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
