Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that interests in the above Partnership inclusive of a capital contribution of (i) €537.20 has been transferred from Northwestern University to Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III ‘B’ L.P and (ii) €1,162.80 has been transferred from Northwestern University to Pantheon Global Secondary Fund III ‘A’ L.P.
