A meeting of members and creditors of the above company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under Section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up. The meeting will be held at Deloitte LLP, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B2 1HZ on 17th April 2009 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively. A form of proxy is available which must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
